If your wreath arrives damaged or brown/wilted/ruined, you are required to submit the damage form below within 24 hours of receiving the wreath to receive a new wreath. If we do not receive the proper notification you will NOT be eligible for a refund/replacement.

Irregularities in Product
Each Green Box Wreath is made by hand and due to the nature of our fresh product, each wreath will have slight variations in color and style. Although we try to create each wreath similar to the pictures online, there sometimes are differences. We hope to exceed your expectations with the beauty of your wreath. As the wreath dries out, colors and textures will change. This is normal! We select specific greens to ensure that your wreath will dry out beautifully.
